Account Coordinator

Top 2 Bottom Marketing is looking to add an Account Coordinator to our growing staff. This position will report to the account executives to handle day-to-day duties relating to client relations and orders. This position is full-time, Monday – Friday, NO weekends required, and flex schedules offered. We offer competitive entry level pay of $18 per hour starting (bonus and growth opportunities), PTO, and incredible benefits, including free healthcare and 401k matching after 90 days. Responsibilities and Duties:

• Partner with Account Executive team to assist in all aspects of client management
• Develop strong relationships with current client base
• Create presentations and quotes for new products and client requests
• Process incoming orders for current clients, including checking on available stock, placing orders with
  vendors, tracking progress of orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery
• Problem solve any issues that arise during production
• Communicate with Account Executive and clients via email and phone
• Work with ownership for client emails and social media blasts
• Keep client and vendor lists up to date in OnSite operating System
• No cold calls will be required for this position

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Advertising/Marketing/Mass Communications experience or degree (plus)
• Project management experience (plus)
• Knowledge of corporate apparel and promotional products industry (plus)
• Google Workspace knowledge and experience (must); Onsite/ShopWorks experience (plus)
• Graphic design experience (plus)
• Attention to detail, strong work ethic, punctual and flexible (must)
• Ability to handle multiple tasks at once (must)
• Self-starter and motivated to learn (must)
• Ability to collaborate across multiple departments (must)
